ADB Conditionnement offers a hot melt gluing process consisting of the application of hot glue dots deposited to glue two products together. The glue can be permanent or fugitive (repositionable).
Applications: any needs to secure an object on to a support.
Technique: sticking one or more components (comics, issue, collection object) on a cardboard stiffener, magazine or inside a booklet.
Equipment: semi-automatic lines and hot-melt Rodson melter. The technical glues used can be permanent or fugitive. In the latter case, the glued object can be taken off without damaging it or the support.
Advantages: semi-automatic process to glue several products in line. In some cases, gluing may prevent reading of publicity and a magazine under the wrapping.
The ADB advantage: complete control of hot glue (hot melt).
